LED Conference 2026: Workshop: On Polyglotism Using the Hyperintensive Method
On April 21, as part of the V International Conference ‘Languages, Education, Development’, a workshop by Alan Bigulov, an independent researcher in the field of SLA, will be held. Dina Nikulicheva, a leading Russian expert on polyglot issues, will introduce the workshop.

Dina Nikulicheva, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Head of the Germanic Languages Department at the Institute of Linguistics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a leading Russian expert on polyglot issues, Scandinavian studies, and anthropocentric grammar, a translator, and a foreign language teacher with over 30 years of experience.

The workshop will include a lecture section, where Dina Nikulicheva will examine the fundamental theoretical aspects of the phenomenon of polyglotism. She will present her definition, propose criteria for its identification, identify linguistic personality types among Russian polyglots, and analyze the key strategies polyglots use to master a large number of languages.

- An overview of the Hyperintensive Method
- Stages of developing conversational skills using the Hyperintensive Method
- Defining hyper-personalized AI tutors, their relevance, limitations, and risks of use
- Developing hyper-personalized AI tutors
- Scheme of interaction with hyper-personalized AI tutors
- Demo of zero-level lesson elements with hyper-personalized AI tutors (using Indonesian as an example)
- Demo of beginner-level lesson elements with hyper-personalized AI tutors (using German as an example)
- Demo of intermediate-level lesson elements with hyper-personalized AI tutors (using Spanish/French/Italian as examples)
- Demo of upper-intermediate-level lesson elements with hyper-personalized AI tutors (using English as an example)
