Publication (optional): Following the conference, a collection of conference proceedings is planned for publication (to be then registered in the Russian Science Citation Index (RISC)). A speaker’s application must include materials formatted in accordance with the requirements (attached below). Applications for a report with subsequent publication in conference proceedings will be considered as a matter of priority. Presentations of the speakers with publications will also be included in Day 1 of the conference.
The Program Committee and the Editorial Board reserve the right to reject the application and publication in case of inconsistency with the goals and topics of the conference, as well as those designed in violation of the requirements.
No participation fees are charged.

Publication formatting requirements

  1. The text of the research paper must be relevant, theoretically and practically significant, original and not previously published. The originality of the text is not less than 80%.
  2. Research papers with more than two co-authors are not accepted.
  3. The submitted material should not exceed 5 pages, including the Reference list.
  4. The manuscript should be in Times New Roman, 12-point font, single-spaced, justified alignment, and without automatic hyphens. Page numbering is not allowed.
  5. Margins: top, left, and bottom — 2 cm; right — 3 cm. Indentation – 1.25.
  6. The UDC (Universal Decimal Classification) code should be placed in the upper left corner (this can be found online on catalog websites, such as elibrary.ru, or by using specialized reference books, e.g. http://teacode.com/online/udc).
  7. The accepted designations are deciphered directly in the text. 
  8. All figures and tables, if available, should have a name. 
  9. Manuscript template: in the upper right corner, the author's full name is indicated on one line (in bold), on the next line - the academic degree and rank, on the next line - affiliation, e-mail (in regular font).
  10. The title should be centered in bold capital letters.
  11. Abstract. The research problem is stated (no more than 300-500 characters without spaces).
  12. Keywords are provided on a separate line (no more than 5, separated by semicolons).
  13. References in foreign-language texts are formatted in accordance with APA-7 (no more than 10 sources, alphabetic order).
  14. A copyright mark (©), indicating the author(s) and the year at the end of the article is mandatory.
